A $50 pet fee per pet applies, which helps cover the additional costs associated with deeper cleaning after pet stays, including extra cleaning and regular flea fumigation to keep the property fresh and comfortable.

✔ Pets Indoors (Unauthorized):

If a pet is found inside the property without prior approval, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover pet hair, odours, and any extra cleaning required.



✔ Damage to Grass or Landscaping:

If a pet causes damage to the lawn or landscaping, a $100 fee will apply to cover repair or restoration costs.



✔ Damage to Property:

Any damage caused by pets, whether indoors or outdoors, will incur a $100 fee to cover repairs or replacements.
