Relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Sicamous Narrows. This unit is located directly on the water and within walking distance of the public beach, restaurants, mini golf, grocery store, local shopping, boat rentals and so much more. It offers a private heated pool, hot tub and putting green.
Featuring a large fully equipped kitchen with counter/bar seating as well as a large dining room table. Central air, dishwasher, in suite washer/dryer, WIFI, fireplace. Master bedroom offers a queen bed plus on-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with twin/double bunk beds and adjacent bathroom. Unit comes with a private boat slip, two secured underground parking spots, private patio with BBQ.
