This charming house in Venice is a hidden gem! Perfectly a few blocks to Rose Ave, Abbot Kinney Blvd, Santa Monica's Main Street, and the world famous Venice Boardwalk. Featuring an incredibly unique and open floor plan, large living space, three bedrooms upstairs and one on main floor, fully stocked kitchen, wonderfully appointed outdoor space with ping pong table and hot tub, washer/dryer, and off street parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Sunset Beach House and just like the first time we had a wonderful experience. The property is spacious and in a great location, right near Rose and Lincoln and only 10 mins from the beach. I look forward to being back again!

The house has all of the amenities you'd want in Venice: fully stocked kitchen, grill, hot tub, multiple common spaces, ping pong table, parking spaces, washer/dryer and large bedrooms with desks. I'd give this house 5/5 stars. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I had a wonderful at the Sunset Beach House. It's in a great location, only a few minutes from Whole Foods and several coffee shops and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The house was spacious, clean and exactly as described. Aaron was super responsive and helpful -- we look forward to staying with him again!
