This charming cabin is the ideal retreat for couples or small families eager to enjoy Big Bear's year‑round beauty. Tucked into a peaceful, tree‑lined neighborhood, you'll be just a 3-minute walk to the lake and a fantastic local park—perfect for viewing 4th of July fireworks, enjoying tennis courts, playgrounds, and the seasonal Friday evening Big Bear Lake Farmers Market. Plus, it's only minutes from Snow Summit, the Village, and countless hiking and biking trails—making it effortless to soak up everything Big Bear has to offer.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft single‑story home featuring an inviting living room with a smart TV, dining table, and an easy to use electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing nights in after mountain adventures. Enjoy the rare luxury of air-conditioning, an uncommon and welcome amenity in Big Bear during the summers.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast Wi‑Fi, board games, and card games are on hand for rainy‑day fun. Central air-conditioning and wall heaters ensure year-round comfort. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Step onto the deck to grill on the propane barbecue or sip morning coffee while admiring neighborhood and treetop views. The large, partially fenced quarter‑acre lot provides plenty of space for kids to play safely or for unwinding under the mountain sky by the firepit.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Nice clean home, good location

Overall felt clean, looks exactly like the pictures. Kids really enjoyed the bunk bed as well as the closet cleverly converted into a little kids play area. The provided toiletries are very nice. Has a larger fridge and a mini fridge and two bathrooms! Stayed early August and didn't need the AC. Very responsive to text questions. Only a few very minor complaints - board games are missing pieces and puzzles are mixed up and non stick pans have scratches. Overall would stay again!
