This thoughtfully designed condo unit is my personal labor of love. I poured my heart, soul, and sweat into creating a space that feels both homey and hotel-like. I envisioned a calming retreat with natural tones that are easy on the eyes, offering a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere free from disturbances.
Whether you're here to unwind, work remotely, or explore the island, this cozy haven is designed to feel like your home away from home.
I named this unit as if it were my own child with love, care, and intention behind every detail. "Hiraya" is an ancient Filipino word that means the fruit of one’s hopes, dreams, and aspirations. "Solana" is of Spanish origin, meaning sunshine or a place where the sun shines.
This condo unit represents a dream brought to life- a warm, peaceful retreat filled with light and possibility.
This is located on the 5th floor of Ocean Garden Villas, Cluster B, right along Newcoast Drive, Boracay-offering a serene escape in one of the island’s most exclusive communities.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s peaceful, safe, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. You won’t find the usual noise of the city here.
