You have approximately 2 acres of space to yourself with views all round. The property is surrounded by beef, sheep and dairy farms. We offer complimentary use of the shed which includes a bar, wood heater, seating and TV with wi-fi and Netflix. Ample space for parking cars and trailers. Bring your motorbikes or push bikes and take advantage of the lockable shed. Wash bay with pressure washer and warm water is also available for guests to use.
We have 3 overnight yards available (3mx6m) and 3 small paddocks. You are welcome to bring your horse and use the property as a base for floating out to explore nearby bush land and rail trails. Yards have water and lighting. Please let us know in advance of you plan to bring horses.
The lodge is accessed via the driveway entrance where the Rebel Hill Lodge sign is located. Guests are welcome to come and knock on the front door of the homestead, give us a phone call or contact us via messenger.
Rebel Hill Lodge is located in the heart of South Gippsland’s farming community. It’s common to see the local farmers out and about in tractors feeding cattle, cutting and carting hay and silage and much more. Whilst our location is most commonly peaceful and quiet there will sometimes be noise from farming activities. Please give our farmers a friendly wave and take a moment to appreciate all the food they produce for us!
As your hosts we live in the homestead on the property so you may see us heading in and out for work and school during the week or around the other end of the property from time to time.
Please note this is self catering accommodation, horse riding and motorbike riding is not permitted on the property and we do not provide horses to ride.
