Features 2 bedrooms (one king and one queen) and 1 bathroom, meticulously set up for the comfort of guests. Built in 1927, the house is part of a vibrant suburb known for its blend of historical charm and modern amenities.

Its prime location offers easy access to local cafes, shops, and public transport, making it a desirable residence in the Subiaco area.

It features off street parking for 1 car and verge parking for another, along with a large, secure backyard, a dedicated office and great wifi. It is close to Daglish train station, connecting city to beach.

A gorgeous property close to the station and all that Subiaco offers. Walk to coffee in the morning and even a fabulous farmers’ market on the weekend or catch the train to Fremantle, the footy or the city. The property has all you need plus a secure backyard for pets.

The property was as advertised, and I was able to work remotely quite comfortably. However, the lawn area in the rear yard was overgrown and had lots of weeds. Being the height of spring, I was conscious of my dog playing outside due to the number of weeds with seeds (easily irritating a dogs' ears).
