Maison Chancelade Grand Parc Proche de Périgueux

A unique, family-friendly home. This house is our primary residence, and we rent it out when we go on vacation. It was renovated a few months ago and was designed to foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere, whether gathered around the large central island in the main room or enjoying the outdoor spaces. The price has been adjusted because the exterior work is not yet complete and the house does not have shutters—only curtains. One person is allowed access twice a day to a detached garage.
