2008年春に完成したホームで、フランスのブロードリバーを一望できます。 片側にミッチェル、山にミッチェル。 もう一つはピスガ、アッシュビルの北30分です。 これはすべての目的地から完璧に離れていますが、マーシャルの郡庁舎からわずか10分、フルサービスの食料品店からは15分です。

ホームは20エーカー以上あり、ハイキングのための余裕があります。 家族連れに対応するために3階建て（4200+平方フィート）あり、プロフェッショナルな快適さと贅沢さを念頭に置いて設計されています。

3つの石の暖炉、2つの大画面テレビと5つのオフィスやベッドルームにあります。 ボトム・レベルのレクリエーション・ルームには、バー・アンド・プール・テーブル、2ベッドルーム、2つのフル・バス（ジャグジー付きマスター、シャワー付き）、床暖房、洗濯機/乾燥機が備わります。 メインフロアにはフルキッチン、ランドリールーム、素晴らしいお部屋、ジャグジー付きマスターベッド/バス、シャワーとデッキがあります。 最上階にはベッドルーム2室（キング1室、ダブルルーム2室）とフルバス＆オフィスがあります。 7人用のホットタブと2台のダイニングテーブルをデッキに設置し、山々とフランスの広大な川を一望できます。

For starters the host was amazing, always available and willing to answer all questions we had and open to accommodate to our needs! The cabin was as described, very spacious and with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for every party involved! Beautiful place to spend good time with family or friends, relax and enjoy a stunning view and yet close enough to a nice little town with great shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

The house is incredible and the view from the back deck was wonderful. While you don’t need a 4x4 to get up the mountain during the summer, there are enough pot holes that you need something larger than a Mazda Miata. We had our friend park his in Asheville at a garage over the weekend and pick it up at the end with no issues. I would highly recommend the house to any large groups of people.

We really enjoyed the house and location. Communication with Joan was fantastic, she was extremely helpful and prompt in responding to our questions as we prepared for the trip. Loved the house, it has an amazing view and back deck overlooking the river.

Beautiful Vista in a quite mountain surrounding made it easy to recharge. Situated in the quaint town of Marshall and with easy access to Ashville close by for entertainment, made this location a prime vacation spot.

Amazing place to stay.

The property is as described. Plenty of room for our group. Magnificent views from the house. Joan was quick to respond to any questions. Joan provided plenty of information on the area to help us plan our stay. I would stay again- considering a family trip next.

Great for group of friends with kids/dogs

We had a large group of friends with kids and dogs really enjoyed the private space and scenery of his home. The house was incredible and very spacious for everyone to fit. It was great to let the kids and dogs roam out front and not go too far from us.

Wedding Weekend

We loved the cabin, especially the view! The rooms were spacious with very comfy beds. Our only complaints were the basement tv didn’t work and the road leading to the cabin was a little rough. Otherwise a great cabin! We would definitely stay there again!

We looked for property after our daughter gave her dad a rafting trip down the French Broad River for his birthday, and he noticed there were no homes overlooking it. The guide remarked that the reason for that lack was there were few roads leading to an overlook. By coincidence an out of town friend remarked that he had a friend living in Marshall who wanted to sell some land. Long story short it was perfect - the property already had a road and a breathtaking view, so here we are with our bit of heaven.
