A private haven in the heart of Arrowtown - tranquil, contemporary Haehaenui Retreat offers a luxury experience for the discerning guest. With in-deck Stoked Stainless hot tub, two living areas (separate media room is detached from main house) four bedrooms, & two bathrooms. Beautiful outdoor living opens out onto the local Arrow River Reserve, with direct access to walking and cycling trails, and a delightful 20 minute riverside stroll to cafes and restaurants in historic Arrowtown village.

Haehaenui (Maori for 'Arrow River'), is split over two levels. Downstairs is a luxurious lounge with woodburner fireplace and smart TV, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (complete with Nespresso Coffee Machine), and dining space, all with beautiful forest and mountain views. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and an internal access garage with laundry.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, including the primary suite, with private bathroom, a study area and a separate toilet. All four bedrooms have queen beds.

Adjacent to the garden hot tub is an additional detached media room, with its own fireplace and PlayStation 5 - the perfect retreat for teenagers.

Haehaenui Retreat has underfloor central heating for cold and snowy nights. In the summer months, throw open the windows and listen to the hum of the Arrow River.

Haehaenui Retreat is a delightful 15-20 minute riverside stroll from historic Arrowtown’s main street, with boutique retail stores, Dorothy Brown Cinema, Lakes Museum, cafes and restaurants, historic Chinese Village, and popular Arrow River track. Outdoor adventure awaits with an amazing 120km network of cycle and running trails to explore. Five Mile’s Retail Centre, Pak’n Save & Countdown Supermarkets are 15 minutes by car, & Queenstown an easy 20-25 minute drive. Arrowtown’s Four-Square (superette) is a 1-minute drive from your accommodation. The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to the Arrow River Reserve.

Haehaenui House is a beautiful tranquil property with direct access to the Arrow River Reserve. The property is split over two spacious levels. Downstairs is a luxurious lounge with wood fireplace and television, and modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area - all with magnificent forest and mountain views. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and an internal access garage with laundry.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, including a primary suite with private bathroom'; a study area and separate toilet. All four bedrooms have queen-sized beds.

The outdoor living space comes with in-deck hot tub, outdoor seating and beautiful dining space. This area opens directly onto the scenic Arrow reserve, with a short stroll to popular swimming spots beside the picturesque Arrow River, and easy access to local walking and cycling trails.

Adjacent to the garden hot-tub is an additional separate living space with its own fire and Playstation - a welcome retreat for teenager.

Haehaenui House has underfloor central heating for cold and snowy nights, as well as the crackling cosiness of the woodburner fireplace. In the summer months throw open the windows and listen to the hum of the Arrow River.
