Located in one of Paris’ most sought-after and historic neighborhoods, this stunning 180m² apartment offers a rare opportunity to experience the timeless charm of Île Saint-Louis. Nestled on a peaceful street just steps from the Seine, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and some of the city’s finest cafés and restaurants, this residence is the perfect blend of tranquility and centrality.

Occupying the ground floor of a beautifully renovated 18th-century building, the apartment features its own private entrance for added privacy and convenience. Inside, you’ll find four well-appointed bedrooms, an additional bed for guests, and a luxurious jacuzzi — ideal for unwinding after a day in the city.

Every detail of the space has been carefully designed to preserve its historic character while offering contemporary comfort. With easy access to public transport and Paris’ cultural landmarks at your doorstep, this is truly a one-of-a-kind retreat in the heart of the capital.

Two levels: a ground floor with a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. The ceiling is original with 18th-century beams. Below, a cellar with exposed stone dating from the Revolution. The cellar contains two comfortable bedrooms, including temperature and humidity control, ventilation, and modern lighting. Each level has a bathroom. The kitchen on the ground floor is modern and completely renovated.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. We were excited to be the first guests, and it was clear the owner had taken great care in preparing the home for visitors. The neighborhood was truly exceptional—vibrant, walkable, and full of character. Within just a few steps, we discovered dozens of excellent shops and a wide variety of restaurants, ranging from upscale dining to casual eateries. Two charming fruit and vegetable stands and a small grocery store added to the convenience. The metro station was only five minutes away, making it easy to explore the rest of the city.The home itself was comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. While it was somewhat humid at times and there is currently no AC, the owner has already promised additional upgrades, including the installation of air conditioning, which will only enhance future stays. Our stay was pleasant, and the location made it excellent to be both close to the city center, but just far enough to experience Parisian life.Communication throughout was outstanding. Both VRBO and the owner were prompt, professional, and attentive. The owner was especially delightful—warm, responsive, and clearly invested in ensuring a positive guest experience.Overall, we had a truly enjoyable time and would be happy to return in the future.
