We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance between quiet residential charm and unbeatable convenience. Located just minutes from Surrey Central, this peaceful area is ideal for families, groups, and business travelers alike.

What we enjoy most is how walkable and well-connected everything is—Gateway SkyTrain Station is just a 10-minute walk, making it easy to explore downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, and beyond without needing a car. Plus, essential shops like Walmart, T&T Supermarket, and Central City Mall are all nearby, along with tons of local restaurants, cafes, and takeout options.

What makes our property truly unique is the rare combination of luxury, space, and convenience—all in the heart of Surrey Central. Newly built in 2023, this 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home offers over 3,600 sqft of modern living space designed for comfort and connection.

Few homes in the area can host up to 15 guests with this level of privacy: 4 upstairs bedrooms each feature private en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for multiple families or large groups traveling together. Plus, the home includes two spacious living areas, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
