Hacienda at Henley - Relaxed Beachside Living

Soft coastal tones, light timber floors and beach-inspired artwork create a relaxed seaside feel from the moment you arrive. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, adding to the home’s calm, airy atmosphere.

An open-plan living area invites you to settle in after a day exploring Henley Beach. A generous L-shaped sofa anchors the space, perfect for stretching out with a movie on the smart TV or curling up with a book. Two armchairs create an easy spot for conversation while air conditioning keeps the room comfortable year-round. The sofa can also be prepared as a sofa bed on request.

The kitchen and dining area bring everything together for easy meals and relaxed mornings. Crisp white cabinetry and ample bench space make cooking simple, with appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine and air fryer. The four-seat dining table sits nearby, ideal for sharing meals or planning the day’s beach adventures.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a calm retreat with a king bed, mirrored built-in wardrobe and smart TV. A ceiling fan and soft natural light keep the space comfortable. The second bedroom features a double bed and a compact workspace or vanity nook. The bathroom includes a shower over bath, vanity and toilet, with a linen cupboard close by for fresh towels and essentials.

For longer stays, a washer-dryer combination and clothes rack make it easy to refresh your wardrobe.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
