Clean spacious flat

The flat is very clean and spacious in a great location close to the beach. The address of the listing needs correcting.

Nice, but mediocre equipped

We very much liked the stay in Cassis, and we also liked the apartment. But it appeared a bit worn and could have been better equipped, especially lack of drinking glasses. The apartment was very warm, no AC, but luckily fans. Two verandas, but very small. Because of the heat, luckily only one of the rooms were shared by two people.

Perfect location and spacious apartment

The apartment was in a great location for the Old Town and port of Cassis. It is (as is everywhere around there) on a very steep hill so be prepared for this when walking back from the port! Communication and key collection went very smoothly - Agnes is lovely and very helpful. For 3 adults, the size of the place was fantastic with 3 double beds and rooms of a decent size. For anyone thinking of staying here, be aware there is no air conditioning, and although this would not be a problem in a normal year, the past few weeks of extremely hot weather meant that the apartment was incredibly hot and unfortunately there were no fans. Even at night the temperature inside the bedrooms was in the high 20 degrees. Leaving the shutters and doors opened only helped a little. It would have been thoughtful of the host to have provided fans, knowing that there was a heatwave that had lasted a few weeks. The kitchen had most equipment you could need, but I would suggest that a kettle and some wine glasses would have made our stay a little easier. There is a coffee machine but we already had instant coffee and didn't want to buy additional pods. The apartment supposedly has Wi-fi but despite a couple of messages to the host, we were unable to locate the code on the Wi-fi box as it didn't match any of the network names that were visible. Not the end of the World, but again could have been useful! We enjoyed our stay here but the small things detailed above would have made it just a little more pleasant, especially in the heat!

Congés en famille 3generations

L’appartement est très bien situé et la personne qui gère les arrivées…parfaite de disponibilité et d’aide ..Merci Dommage que la salle de séjour soit aussi vide => ça résonne vraiment beaucoup, et c’est très désagréable… Nous avons intégralement relavé toute la vaisselle, les sols et les toiles d’araignées…franchement dommage !

Résidence agréable au calme avec place de parking ( très appréciable à Cassis ) et très proche du port et du centre . L’appartement est très lumineux fonctionnel mais il manque un peu de confort dans le salon . Quelques fauteuils supplémentaires, table basse , lampes ajouteraient un peu plus de charme et de douceur dans cette pièce . Excellent séjour avec un temps radieux

Sehr schönes Appartement in Top-Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und neu renoviert. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt: Küche top, 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem großen Bett, moderne Dusche, Bad und WC getrennt. Sehr ruhige Lage, privater Parkplatz, Cassis Hafen, Strand... zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Idéal pour profiter de Cassis et des calanques

Bel appartement, refait à neuf et au calme. Très agréable, ensoleillé et proche de tout. Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir Cassis, ses calanques et rayonner sur Aix-en-Provence et Marseille !

Excellent séjour

Très bel appartement. Refait a neuf, spacieux et propre. Très bien situé a deux pas du port et de la plage. Calme et en pleine verdure. La place de parking est bien pratique. L'annonce ne précise pas qu'il y a un petit balcon côté cuisine très pratique. Et un autre balcon du côté de l'une des chambres super agréable. Agnès est super réactive, à l'écoute, arrangeante et nous a donné plein de bons conseils. Merci infiniment! Nous recommandons amplement cet appartement !
