Restaway was the perfect way to end our holiday, the house was moored in a beautiful private location, it was so clean and tastefully decorated with a great kitchen, large fridge and a comfy lounge area.Madi was so easy and great to communicate with and gave us a tour of the boat at check-in, nothing was too much trouble.Would definitely recommend Restaway for an houseboat experience without the worry of managing the houseboat, plus we were lucky enough to be able to have a fire on the bank.We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay on Restaway! The renovated houseboat is stunning and felt luxurious. Madi has thought about absolutely everything - literally just turn up with food, clothing and be ready to relax! We loved eating up on the upper level and fishing off the back deck. Kids had a ball jumping into the river and the stand up paddle boards were awesome fun. The little bits of attention to detail made this stay one of the best we’ve experienced! Thanks again Madi, we can’t recommend Restaway enough!

Restaway was incredibly clean and new. From stepping on the boat and inside it was instantly WOW!Spacious living kitchen area.Magnificent views from each bedroom with very comfortable beds.Then leading out to the covered deck right on the water with secure gate access. The view and lounge area on the upper deck was stunning with super snuggly sunbeds.But it was the little things included by the owner that made me smile.Face wash, dried oranges and lemons to add to drinks, lots of games and Starlink for good reception. Thanks for a wonderful stay amongst the slow river life of birds, sunrises, fish jumping and boats passing. I want to live there!

Hi, I’m Madi—owner of Restaway Houseboat, operations manager at Baldwin Boats, and someone who’s always had the river in her blood. Restaway holds a special place in my family’s story—my grandfather built houseboats in the ’80s, and today, we’re proud to still be building them at Baldwin Boats.
