Cowes Beach House Phillip Island Pets Welcome

Stay at our gorgeous, light-filled, cozy beach house at Cowes on Phillip Island.

Close to the main high street, a 15-minute walk, but quiet enough from the bustle to find your own space on the lawn or the deck.

Free wifi at the house, smart TV, washing machine, workspace, full bathroom & kitchen essentials.

Walking distance to shops, eateries, games, pubs, and the beach.

Pets🐾 welcome
Pet fencing to use, which can close off the deck - very safe ❤️
The space
It's a very light and airy home, and you will be very comfortable and close to everything Cowes has to offer! There is a large deck and lawn. There is also free WIFI, a washing machine, and a clothesline.
There is a local laundry mat in town—the information is in a booklet at the house.

All beds have pillow and mattress protectors, quilts and comforters. Towels are also supplied.

Dogs🐾and Cats welcome
(Litter trays must be cleaned and removed on departure.)

Cowes West Beach 10-15 min walk
Dogs are permitted from the Cowes Yacht Club access track to approximately 50 metres short of the Cowes Anderson Boat Ramp. Summer and Easter restrictions apply. Dogs must be on a leash between 10.00 am -6.00 pm from 1st December- 31st January and during the Easter school holidays. All other times dogs off leash.
Guest access
A keylock is at the property - a code will be sent to you via messages with the property information on the day of check-in. As well as wifi information.
Other things to note
No smoking inside the house.

Pick up all dog poo if you have a pet during your stay. Please do not let them sleep on sofas or beds - please bring your pet beds for them.
