This modern, high-rise apartment on level 50 offers a comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of Melbourne, ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. Thoughtfully furnished with brand-new pieces and designed for both relaxation and functionality.
Please note that the building uses a shared central air-conditioning system, so cooling and heating may be slower than expected, especially during peak usage periods. This is due to the building’s original design. For winter stays, a portable heater is available if needed. Thank you for your understanding.
