Great Place

The house had everything we needed, and the location was convenient. The inside was well-maintained and extremely spacious. Being a block from the beach was great! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I will say, the outside landscaping needs some attention/tlc, but this is minor and would not keep us from staying again. We had a wonderful time!

Everything as great, clean and easy. We weren’t able to use the pool because of low temps but we did a lot of sight seeing and the house was a nice place to come home to at the end of the day. Great access to the beach and centrally located for day excursions. Would stay here again.

This place is a gem! We spent Christmas holidays. And 1st of all the owners was answering all texts. It was very clean and had all you would need, from the pool to the short walk to the beautiful beach and shopping was just a few mins away as well. This place is a 10/10 very highly recommend to anyone.

I feel like this could be a great vacation home with some much needed TLC!! We loved the pool and the outdoor area it was very secluded and just exactly what we needed after a long day at the beach. It was very close to the beach and that was very convenient. However there were a few things I think needed addressed to make the rental better. Missing tiles in the kitchen around the edge of the counter, curtain rods with missing curtains, the toilet in the quest bath needs a new float to keep it from gettin hung when flushed and you would need to wiggle it to get it to stop running, the front door didn’t have a spring to keep it from knocking you down when coming in and out, the guest room needed cosmetic wall repair from holes. I realize these are just a few cosmetic things that didn’t effect my stay, but for the price I would expect that the host maintain cosmetic up keep on things like this.

We spent a week down here at the start of February. The host emailed and text information to me. Everything we needed. When we went there were no neighbor's, quiet and peaceful with about a 5 minute walk to beach access 80. There is a Carousel grocery store about a mile, 20min walk down Beach Front Drive and an Exxon gas station about a 7min walk away.The master bedroom has a walk in closet, nightstands and dressers. Also a private bathroom with his and hers sinks. The bathrook has a deep tub and a larger comfy shower.There is another bathroom near the two other rooms that has a smaller shower.A nice kitchen with a view over the pool from inside or you can sit on the patio outside above the pool.There's a nice TV in the living room and a smaller one in the master bedroom. Both are smart TVs so you can access any of your accounts if you so choose.We left a hair dryer in the smaller bathroom under the sink thst hopefully will find good use.We all agreed we would certainly stay here again.

The property is an easy walking distance to the beach access, and it was relatively quiet in the area. There is some construction going on down the street that can get noisy at times, but it wasn’t terrible. The private pool was so nice to have, and our family spent a lot of time in it, especially on the super hot days that the beach had red flags. It was a relaxing stay.

Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed. I’m recovering from surgery and I was very comfortable and got a lot of rest while everyone else enjoyed the pool and the beach. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in a little early. I would stay here again next year.

Location and pool are the best things about this place. You can literally walk to the beach and have a private pool. Pool is a bit small, but was satisfactory. It is a manufactured home, so there are certain aspects of that you cannot get around. For example, you will hear everyone walking around. There is no quiet steps. The biggest issue we had was cleanliness and that has a huge impact on our comfort level when we stay in rentals. The floor was sandy from the moment we arrived. It is understandable that there will be sand, as it's a beach town, but I do think the floor should have felt clean when we first arrived. I could not walk barefoot. Also, there was NO hand soap, which is unsanitary. None in the bathrooms or kitchen. I saw empty Softsoap bottles under the sink, so I am not sure if there was supposed to be and maybe they were not replaced. There is a washer/dryer, but no laundry supplies. Found an old Neosporin label stuck on the bedroom lamp and lipstick all over a couch pillow. There was broken glass in backyard by the pool. I will admit we did not contact the owners about these issues because this was not something we felt could be corrected by doing so. Unless they were going to send someone out to reclean the house, which would intrude on us. I just vacuumed and cleaned up myself. Overall, we would not stay in this house again. Area is nice, so would just find a different rental in this location. I suggest hiring different cleaners.

Great stay. Check in was easy, house was well-equipped and comfortable. The pool was perfect and the property manager was very responsive to our questions (even on a holiday). Location can’t be beat.
