Bask in the glow of the sunset in the first-floor queen suite, featuring a full bathroom with a tub shower combo and direct access to the backyard. Kick up your feet and enjoy your favorite shows on the large TV in the first floor living room, located just off the garage game room and nearby the second full bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs you are sure to rest well in the second king suite, featuring a private office and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the two connected queen bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a dressing table, desk, large TV, and a queen trundle bed. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
