It’s an ideal base for ski trips, cycling adventures, or a laid-back getaway with friends and family.

Sleeping up to 9 guests, the home features two king bedrooms, including a stunning master suite with a luxury ensuite, a bunk room with king single bunk beds plus a standalone king single, and a 4th bedroom with two further king single beds. Perfectly designed for families or groups, it offers plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The master ensuite is a highlight, boasting a double vanity, oversized shower, and elegant finishes that create a hotel-like feel. The main bathroom features a deep bathtub and modern grey tiling, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a joy, whether you’re whipping up breakfast before hitting the slopes or enjoying a long dinner with local produce sourced from the nearby butchery. There’s also a laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated study space if you’re working while you travel.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:



1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Peachy Properties.

2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.

3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.

4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.

5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.

6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.

7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.

8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 9 guests unless prior approval is obtained.

10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking



Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of any rules may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
