A spacious, comfortable home situated on an acre, private lot surrounded by large trees. The home is private and fully fenced. A very good space for trips away with your four-legged family.
There is also a self contained private suite, which is below the main property. The suite has a full time tenant who is quiet and private.
As you walk in you’ll be greeted by a large open concept floor plan. The main floor consists of a large updated kitchen with a kitchen island and dining table, living room with a smart TV, sofa and chairs and a gas fireplace.
From the kitchen area there is access to a large deck with steps leading to the fenced, rear garden.
There are stairs that lead down from the kitchen to the laundry area.
There is also a room that can be dedicated as a study and a half bath.
When you head upstairs, you will find four bedrooms plus an additional two full bathrooms, and a private small balcony.
The master suite with a king bed and ensuite, a second bedroom with double bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed.

Guests will have access to the whole house, aside from the private suite and garage. Please note that we do have a long term tenant who resides in the private suite. Guests will have access to the entire driveway which can park up to 3 vehicles with ample space.
