beach, Beach Plum Manor is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath coastal home designed

for families, couples, and groups seeking a quiet, relaxing escape on the

Delaware coast.







The thoughtfully planned layout offers both comfort and privacy:







Upper Level

Lower Level



• 1 King bedroom



• 1 bedroom with two Twin XL beds







Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, making meals

and clean-up easy. Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces—dine

on the upper deck with ample seating and a gas grill, or unwind on the ground-

level patio, complete with comfortable seating, a fire pit, and your own

private stargazing dome.







Relax by the Fire







As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit with your favorite drink and

listen to the peaceful sounds of the bay. It’s the perfect way to end a beach

day—share stories, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the soft glow of the fire

beneath the stars.

With the beach just across the street, begin your mornings with serene

shoreline walks. Collect seashells, spot local wildlife, or watch the sun rise

over Delaware Bay. Broadkill Beach is quiet, uncrowded, and naturally

beautiful—perfect for a slower, more scenic coastal stay.



Beach Plum Manor offers a peaceful, residential beach experience—ideal for

guests who want to unplug, unwind, and savor the simple joys of seaside

living. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck, grilling with family,

stargazing from the dome, or relaxing by the fire, your stay will be filled

with comfort, calm, and memories to last a lifetime.



Please note we do not provide linens or towels, but they can be rented on your

behalf and delivered before your stay.







As part of our booking process, all guests will receive a separate rental

agreement by email shortly after booking. This agreement must be reviewed and

signed before check-in. Please check your email (including spam/junk folders)

and complete this step promptly.







Please note that guests may choose to bring their own linens or rent linens

through our optional linen rental service for an additional fee. If you would

like to arrange linen rental, kindly inform us prior to your stay and we will

have them delivered to the house. The linens will arrive in a waterproof tote;

at the end of the stay, guests must return all items to that tote for the

rental company to retrieve.
