historic University District—just 15 minutes from Downtown. Professionally

designed with high-end finishes, this spacious retreat is perfect for guests

who appreciate the Motor City. Enjoy easy access to the University of Detroit,

Ferndale, Royal Oak, and the Detroit Golf Club.

This spacious 5-bed, 2.5-bath home in the historic University District offers

two dining areas, a large living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. The main

floor features a queen bedroom and a half bath, while the second floor has

four more bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed, TV, and en-suite

bath. Two additional rooms have king beds, and one has a queen. A full bath is

also on this level. Washer & dryer are located in the basement, and are

available during your stay.

Great stay house is a bit older but I felt right at home. The host was very friendly and helpful. Only real complaint is if you drive a full size truck parking is definitely tight to get in the back. Over all good stsy and would stay again if I was in the area.

Great communication with host Sarah. Some cosmetic updates are needed in the bathrooms and blackout blinds on bedroom windows. Overall the house was nice and we would recommend it to prospective guests.
