⭐️ LOCATION - Adjacent to Village Base for direct access to both Whistler & Blackcomb mountains.

🍱 Foodie Paradise - The village offers all of Whistler’s best restaurants, within 0-1 minutes walking from our place, and there is a grocery store & liquor store within 2 minutes walking. If you want all the best eats - stay here!

🛏️ - Main floor - Second Bedroom (double bunks & closet) & Living Room (queen sofabed) & main bath. Upstairs - Loft area (double bunks & closet/lounge area w/ TV & Xbox) & Primary/Master Bedroom (king) & ensuite bath & closet.

🚙 - Parking clearance is 6’8”. Our assigned parking stall (1) is a great size for a vehicle up to a large SUV, and is checked in and out at the same time as the condo. Additional vehicles will need to park off-site - the conference centre parking is ~1 block away @$25/24 hours, or the surrounding hotels may offer overnight parking for $35-45/24 hours.

🚴🏽‍♂️🎿- We have a dedicated gear storage locker at the parking level, it locks with 2 locks, and you will be able to store all of your skis/boards there, or 2-3 bikes.

⏰ - Early arrivals - guaranteed check-in is 4pm, feel free to let me know what time you will arrive to town, and if we finish early that day - I will send you a message letting you know, so you can check-in.

🧳 - We aren't able to store your bags before/after the stay, however there are public rented storage lockers at the parking level - they have a variety of sizes available, pricing varies by season & size.

🔥 - Cozy wood burning fireplace is available, however wood is not included. We can arrange delivery to the unit for an extra cost, contact us in advance for a quote and to schedule it for your stay.

☕️ - Drip coffee maker x2, French Press, grinder. Coffee provided.

📺 - Living room - 75" ULED, with smart apps, Shaw Cable, and XBOX. Second Bedroom - 43" UHD with smart apps. Loft - 50" UHD with smart apps, Shaw Cable, and Xbox.

💵 - What’s included? Our beds are outfitted with all linens. Bathroom amenities include towels, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, lotion. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to cook and serve a meal + extras like oil, spices, coffee, tea, dish soap, kitchen towels, and tablets for the dishwasher. The fridge has a built in ice maker & filtered water.


Other Details to Note

🤫 - Quiet hours for Whistler Village are 10pm-8am, no parties at any time.. The building may apply fines if you are not respectful of your neighbours, which you would be responsible to pay for.

🚬 Sorry, no smoking allowed on site (strict), and 🐕‍🦺animals are not permitted (strict) due to our severe dander allergies.

🧑🏼 - The person booking is to be at least 21 years old, exceptions may be granted for responsible young adults with prior experiences on Airbnb.

🗑 - Checkout requests - we try to keep it as simple as possible! We ask guests only to load & start the dishwasher, and remove any garbage & recyclables to the chute room (on the same floor as the condo).
