Stay in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse for up to six guests, with a private courtyard and useful extras for younger travellers. The home has two queen beds, a single bed and a sofa bed, plus a full kitchen, Nespresso machine and laundry. A cot, high chair and changing mat are provided. Stairs connect the three levels.

Sleeping arrangements comprise two queen beds, one single bed and one full-size sofa bed across the three-bedroom home. The maximum occupancy is six guests. There are two bathrooms, a living area with a 55-inch TV and a full kitchen. Two heat pumps, washer and dryer, a bidet and private courtyard add everyday comfort. A baby cot, high chair and changing mat are provided. The home spans three levels, with stairs between floors.

Guest access
The entire townhouse and courtyard are for your private use. Stairs connect the three levels.

Location and transport
A Cashel Street base for visiting Christchurch cafés, restaurants and attractions.
Free public street parking is available nearby on a first-come basis. A space is not reserved; follow local signs and restrictions.

Please do not use towels to clean any surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$30 per hour.

3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
