Welcome to _Cozy Cove Escape_ , a serene lakeside getaway offering rustic

charm, modern comfort, and stunning views. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home

spans 1,500 sq. ft. and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it

perfect for families, couples, or a small group of friends.



Start your mornings with coffee or end your evenings with a glass of wine on

the spacious covered porch overlooking the peaceful private community

lake—ideal for fishing (catch and release and no motorized boats), kayaking,

or simply relaxing by the water’s edge.



Inside, the large master suite features a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and a

cozy retreat for relaxation. On the opposite side of the home, you’ll find two

additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a daybed and

trundle—along with a shared bathroom. At the heart of the home, the open-

concept kitchen, dining, and living area invites everyone to gather for home-

cooked meals, board games, or a movie night with our nostalgic DVD collection.



Thoughtfully designed for accessibility, the home includes a ramp entry at the

back and a single-level layout. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer

combo and high-speed fiber internet to keep you connected during your stay.

There are external cameras, which are white and visible on the four sides of

the home equipped with motion lights for everyone's safety and security; audio

is disabled during your stay.



This is a pet friendly home (domestic pets). We are also animal lovers and as

a result don't charge an additional pet fee!



Just 25 minutes south of Crossville, you’ll be close to a vibrant downtown

filled with local restaurants, shops, winery tasting rooms, and live music at

Christy’s Pub and Grill. Catch a performance or film at the historic Palace

Theatre, or head outdoors to explore nearby gems like Falls Creek Falls State

Park, Ozone Falls, and the “Falls Loop” in South Cumberland Falls State Park.

For golfers, Fairfield Glade—known as the “Golf Capital of Tennessee”—offers

five championship courses. For a day trip, the breathtaking Great Smoky

Mountains National Park is about two hours away.



Crossville also hosts several events each year. From a top notch gymnastics

camp, U.S. gymnastics championships, part of the world's largest garage sale,

and more. It also also centrally located from Nashville, Knoxville and

Chattanooga to make the most out of your stay in Tennessee.
