This renovated, two storey holiday home features a beautifully appointed, fully furnished apartment on each level. The owners pride in the property is seen in the workmanship and the quality decor, fixtures and fittings.

Enjoy your holiday in style staying in this private home that backs onto bushland and is located within minutes’ walk to local clubs, sporting facilities and the main street of Rainbow Beach.

Upstairs features:

* Three bedrooms with two king and two single beds
* Master bedroom with sitting area and dual outdoor access
* Open plan kitchen and dining area
* Fully self-contained kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
* Separate sunken lounge with TV and DVD player
* Bathroom with spa bath
* Large north facing verandah
* Laundry with washing machine

Downstairs features:

* Three bedrooms with two king and two single beds
* Open plan kitchen, dining and living area

This property does not have Wifi.

No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival, just unpack and enjoy! Starter pack of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc provided. Please byo after that and BYO beach towels.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.

Sleeps ten-twelve in four x king size beds and four x single beds.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

This property requires a $1000 bond prior arrival

Nice family home.

We had a great time with the whole family at rainbow and enjoyed the living spaces the house had to offer. The large table was a great part of the house for the whole 10 of us to sit around. The property presented well for its age, there were a few issues with the house and it could use with a proper clean.

Dirty, not maintained and very disappointed

Turned up and there was some miscommunication with the realestate agent re times. Turned up at property and it was very dirty, cockroaches in the pantry and dishwasher upstairs and ants everywhere. Went to use the BBQ and it was very dirty rusted, also had no gas in the bottle. The upstairs had a electrical short in one of the lights and no power, had to call the agent to get it sorted late in the evening. There were several damaged walls and general disrepair. There was a water leak under the sink at the dishwasher connection and it needed a bucked placed to catch the water. Serval of the bed spreads has stains and marks on them. Overall a very average experience for the price we paid and it was very disappointing to say the least.

House was nice

Great property for larger family or groups, comfy king beds so much space, nicely presented. A few things need attention ie: up stairs shower doesn't work only bath, cloths dryer not working and bathroom drainage not great as cleaners left a puddle of water to gather around the base of toilet. Apart from that had a great stay, wish we could stay longer!

Loved it!

This house was perfect for two families with the separate levels both with kitchens. There was plenty of space and different zones to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kids enjoyed the pool while the parents relaxed on the outdoor furniture. An easy 5-10 minute walk into town for dining options, even for the six year old!
