The Space:
Nestled in the SoHo district, this updated, 3000+ sq ft home sleeps up to ten guests with ample entertaining space throughout to make the most of your time in Tampa Bay! The SoHo Oasis has one King Bedroom, two Queen Bedrooms, two Twin mattress, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

The tasteful kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils and cookware you need to curate a meal for your crew! We provide a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee supplies for your stay. The full bathroom is just down the hall and features a spacious glass door shower, complimentary amenities, and laundry machines.

Make the most of your oasis and soak up the stunning Florida sun! Head outside to your own private, fenced backyard with an outdoor dining area.

The Neighborhood:
South Howard, or “SoHo”, is one of the most popular areas of Tampa featuring vibrant nightlife and fun for everyone! Nestled in the heart of South Tampa and within walking distance of Bayshore Boulevard, this area is perfect for your next getaway. Bayshore Boulevard has 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Historic Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 15-minute walk away with dining, shopping, and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10-minute drive away or less!

Getting Around:
SoHo is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday.
- No parties or events are allowed at this property whatsoever.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- This unit has two off-street parking spot for your use throughout your stay.
