The living area also features a Smart TV, making it an ideal spot to gather with family or enjoy a movie night. Just steps away, the fully stocked kitchen is a cook’s dream, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you’ll need for your beach getaway. Enjoy meals at the dining table, which seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. The open layout keeps everyone connected whether you're cooking, dining, or lounging. Step out onto on of the two balconies to relax in one of four Adirondack chairs and take in the view of the private pool or the beach!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The beach house features three inviting bedrooms, each styled with simple, modern coastal decor that creates a calm and airy retreat. The primary bedroom includes a comfortable king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large glass walk in shower. While a second bedroom also offers a king bed—ideal for couples or adult guests. There is access to the pool through the second bedroom. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or larger groups, featuring two sets of bunk beds: one Twin/Twin and one Twin/Twin/Twin triple bunk. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the home to accommodate up to 11 guests with ease.

PARKING
Enjoy convenient parking with a covered space located directly beneath the beach house, plus additional uncovered parking available in the driveway. Oversized vehicles will not fit under the house but there is space in the driveway for them.

PETS
Pets are not allowed in this property.
