Just off the lounge, Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, and a large wardrobe for added convenience, ideal for restful nights after a busy day. Moving through the home, the dining area boasts a six-seater table, flowing seamlessly into the modern kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and large fridge, making family meals and entertaining a breeze.
Step outside to the undercover patio, complete with outdoor dining table and BBQ facilities, perfect for alfresco dinners or weekend gatherings. Adjacent to the kitchen, the combined bathroom and laundry provides a washer/dryer, vanity, toilet, and shower, ideal for families with little ones or longer stays.
At the front hallway, additional sleeping quarters include Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, walk-in robe, TV, and ceiling fan, and Bedroom 3 with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in robe, and ceiling fan. • The Federal Mills (5-min drive) provides unique shopping, dining, and kids’ activities. With our favourite spots, Paddock Bakery and 1915, both are most tries!
