Overall our stay was great. I felt safe the entire time we were there, especially not knowing the area at all. Obie was great and pleasant to talk to when an issue came up.

Nice place and pleasant neighbourhood overall!A few things could be improved for future guests:The listing mentions a “pool and spa,” but it should be clarified that the pool is seasonal and specify when it is operational. We also did not find anything that resembled a spa, so that wording felt misleading.Three of the four shower drains were extremely slow, taking close to an hour to drain, and one was completely clogged. I think it would have been better to acknowledge my message about this and let us know someone would need to come by to fix it. As it turned out, we were away at the time, but my colleagues were uncomfortable with someone entering the house without prior notice.The piano(s) need tuning, it is so out of tune that it was unfortunately unusable.The Nespresso machine only accepts Vertuo pods. Since there were other types of Nespresso pods already in the house, I purchased more of the wrong kind before realizing there are two incompatible systems. The correct pods were also not available at the nearby grocery store, and resolving this ended up taking quite a bit of time.The internet was out for at least the last 12 hours of our stay. Since communication was only possible through the app, and I could only contact the host through the house Wi-Fi, it would have been helpful to have a directly accessible phone number for urgent situations.Overall, we appreciated the house and location, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the experience.
