Welcome to Deerfield Beach ! Check into this gorgeous remodeled condo 1 block from the beach! Beautiful pool with Tiki Hut, BBQ. Gorgeous remodeled 1 bedroom apt full kitchen with pots and pans ,silverware ,plates, bowls, mugs, knives, cutting boards coffee maker, toaster ,microwave, new Stainless steel appliances, hurricane windows ,new split AC units in living room and bedroom

Living room has 52 inch smart TV and bedroom has 32 inch smart TV .There is a sofa bed and one queen bed in the bedroom ,new updated bathroom . You are walking distance to everything restaurants, cafes, shopping and parks and Fishing Pier!

We offer a free beach chairs ,umbrella and beach/pool towels. Enjoy a beautiful view of pool and courtyard Colorful Beach towels -Bath Towels, hand towels & washcloths with bar soap & shampoo/conditioner ,Iron and Ironing Board -Hair Dryer -Free high speed internet throughout the building and ceiling fans

The car is not necessary ,but there is on parking spot assign for each condo

Ft Lauderdale Airport is 30 min drive from the condo and Miami everglades park is about one hour drive, we are located just one mile south from Boca Raton

Mizner Park is jus 10 min drive from the condo ,same Boca Parks red reef park, Spanish River Park, Gumbo Limbo and South Beach Park are less then 10 min ride by car or 15-20 min bike ride There are 10 restaurant walking distance from the Condo.

Great little place with a chill atmosphere. We stayed in #6, a small one bedroom with a sitting area enough for a sofa and loveseat and small table for dining with a full kitchen. It’s upgraded and super clean. Dog friendly with access to the neighborhood behind for nice walks. The whole area is chill. Will definitely stay here again.

Our host was great, responded quickly to all requests. The condo is in a perfect location, 1 short block to a beautiful beach! Nice warm heated pool is awesome, right outside your door! Condo is small, but for 2 of us, it worked. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella all provided!

Wonderful location! I was able to walk everywhere. Beaches across the street and about a mile walking down the boardwalk takes you to all the restaurants and shops!

Location! Location! Host response time was quick and precise. Very accommodating. Heated pool was a gem especially at night. 3 min walk to gorgeous Deerfield Beach!. Chairs and towels provided. Very clean. The unit is very small and relatively dark, however, not much time spent inside. The bed is against the wall so it’s awkward with 2 people, otherwise comfortable. Others staying at this location were very friendly. Very quiet. Grocery stores, restaurants etc very close. Felt very safe. Beautiful boardwalk for walking or jogging at beach. Deerfield Beach is the best!!

Property is excellent , location is fabulous across street from beach, plenty of activity and restaurants in area, anything from cafes to fast casual dining to high end dining with great beach views. Im a sucker for the local fresh catch! The condo is modernized and very clean and the owners are very accomodating.

Awesome beach rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The best part was the location, it was a very short walk to the beach. We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. We really look forward to renting this unit again soon!
