House "Lou Colombier"

This charming village house, offering complete privacy and all modern comforts, is ideally situated facing southwest. It offers 110 m² of living space spread over three floors, including a 50 m² attic bedroom.

The accommodation has a private entrance on the ground floor where you can store bicycles.

On the first floor, you'll find a living/dining room with a TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all the usual amenities: dishwasher, Nespresso machine, DeLonghi filter coffee maker, Bodum kettle, unlimited free Wi-Fi, double glazing, mosquito nets… and even pétanque sets for playing on the boules court in front of the house.

The second floor features a large bathroom with a washer-dryer, a 16 m² bedroom (queen-size bed), and a separate toilet.

Finally, on the top floor, the 50 m² attic room can accommodate 4 people with a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90x200 cm). It also offers a desk area with a round table and four chairs.

Please bring your own bed linen. Tea towels and bath towels can be rented upon request for an additional €12 per stay.

Located in the hamlet of Jabron, you'll be halfway (6 km) between two typical Var villages (Trigance and Comps-sur-Artuby) where you'll find all the amenities: grocery stores, bakeries, post office, tourist office, newsagent/tobacconist, petrol station, ATM, bars, restaurants, and more.

The last stop before the Verdon Gorge, it's the ideal place to discover the Var hinterland, as well as the spectacular Gorges Road, Lake Sainte-Croix with its water sports, the village of Moustiers and its famous pottery, the lavender fields of Valensole, and much more. It's also the perfect place to rest for hiking enthusiasts (the Imbut, the Sentier Martel, etc.). And what's more, the GR49 long-distance hiking trail passes right by the property! And if a day at the seaside appeals to you, the magnificent beaches of the French Riviera (Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Fréjus, etc.) are less than an hour and a half away by car.

Bonus: the independent studio "Lou Rigaou" on the ground floor of the house can also be rented, subject to availability.
