Please Note: We do utilize a weblink outside the platform that directs guests to our guidebook. You will receive an email with this link. This is the ONLY way guests can access check-in information, and facilitates the collection of pet fees and other special requests/upgraded services we offer.
Guest Access:
The entire condo is yours for your stay. Free guest parking is available on site — no permit required.
Check-in is contactless: your entry details arrive before arrival through the Traverse digital guidebook, so you can head straight in after the drive.
The Neighborhood:
You're one block off Main Street in Frisco — the central hub of Summit County. Walk to restaurants, bars, breweries and shops, then base your days here for skiing, the lake, and the trails.
» 1–2 blocks walk ➔ Main Street dining & breweries
» Few blocks ➔ Lake Dillon & the Frisco rec path (paddleboard, kayak & pontoon rentals at Dillon Marina)
» 2 mi ➔ Frisco Adventure Park — tubing, sledding & sleigh rides in winter; biking, disc golf & the skate park in summer
» 20 min ➔ Copper Mountain
» 25 min ➔ Breckenridge
» 30 min ➔ Keystone & Arapahoe Basin
Big-mountain views of Grays and Torreys Peak round out the setting.
Getting Around:
Most guests drive in for a mountain trip, and a car is handy here. From Denver (DEN) it's roughly 1 hr 45 min west on I-70; check cotrip.org in winter and plan for AWD or chains over the passes.
Once you're here, the free Summit Stage bus connects Frisco to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon and Silverthorne — leave the car parked and ride to the slopes. Main Street is a 1–2 block walk for dining and shops. Free guest parking is on site.
Other Things to Note:
License #STR-010419
Three flights of stairs to reach the unit — plan for luggage and anyone with mobility needs.
No A/C — at Frisco's elevation, summer nights cool off fast; open the windows for a mountain breeze.
Not pet-friendly (HOA policy). Note: the owners occasionally bring their own pet, so guests with serious pet allergies should be aware.
No smoking of any kind inside the unit. No parties or events; maximum 7 guests. Check-in and checkout times are listed in your booking confirmation.
Interaction with Guests:
We're a local team and we respect your privacy — check-in is fully contactless. We're a quick text or call away if you need anything: a dinner pick on Main Street, ski-bus timing, or trail and lake conditions. Otherwise, the place is entirely yours.
