5 minute drive to CBD, 5 minute walk to Ela Beach.

The space
This apartment building is quite secured. There is 24-hour security with CCTV
inside the hallways, carpark, gate, and along the fence.

There are two fixed carpark spaces available to each unit, so you will have your own set space if you have a vehicle. Taxies or other chauffeur driven cars can easily pick you up and drop off in a non-busy area, just along the entrance of the building.

There is a washing machine, iron board, iron and hangers provided in this apartment.

The wifi is an ADSL modem which is attached to a prepaid landline, which guests are welcomed to use.

All bedrooms have a view of the ocean. You can also see the APAC house from the balcony. The main bedroom has an ensuite and a TV.

There is also a common pool overlooking the sea.
