On a good note, we found the beach wonderful, this building sound and well layed out and perfectly located for our need. We enjoyed the beach, restraints, and local surroundings. Safe, clean and well kept. An excellent community for a stay. Weekdays were quiet and weekends were busy. The independent management group, AFC (not GLP the developer who was excellent) did not meet our desired expectations for our specific property was not helpful of cooperative. We asked numerous times to address repairs, issues, and concerns. Upstairs sliding door would not latch. They sent a very nice young man and he addressed the problem. The Air conditioning seemed undersized and would not cool consistently. Dish washer was not installed in the kitchen cabinet and would fall out when you tried to open the door. We had to hand dishes for the entire 71-day term We asked 4 times for assistance with the TVs. No assistance was offered with setting up TV or instruction. It cost us 12/day for data on our phones for almost three months. Upstairs TV only had Spanish cable TV for the entire stay. The outside grounds were totally un kept. There was a rotten smell in the bottom of the lowest cabinet beside the refrigerator. Short term rental might just be fine, but if you are going to stay for an extended time you may be disappointed with this particular owner’s assistance.
