Stay in an comfortable Large Modern Duplex Penthouse that’s next to Bus, Tram, Metro, and Turkey’s largest shopping centers.
This large 163 m2 duplex penthouse is equipped with 4 ACs: one split AC in the living room, and per bedroom we have one portable AC that sends hot air outside in windows.

Hardly ever can you find a rental or Airbnb place with AC in Turkey!

With its Floor to Ceiling windows you have an astonishing panoramic view of the sky and city line!

Free unlimited high speed Wifi for normal usage!

Work out on our nice Treadmill, messaging, while enjoying the view!

Our furniture are brand-new IKEA, Siemens, (2022-2021).
This lovely apartment is furnished with personal care and for personal use. Thus you will find a great high quality assortment of what you might want (e.g. we put a Treadmill and Massager upstairs!)

Beds:
We have one 160*200 cm bed in master bedroom with premium IKEA mattress, two various types of sofas each can sleep one or a couple in the other two bedrooms (make small double width 140 cm and length 195 cm when put our special mattresses on them), two foldable brand beds (90x200 cm), and large IKEA modular sofa that you can arrange for more persons beds downstairs.

Each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans and air conditioner with normal operation that sends heat outside the house

Parking lot:
Parking spot for guests staying more than 14 nights is available.

Rent a Car:
If you have a reservation of more than 14 night and would like to rent a car but don’t know where to find one, please feel free to inform us and we will help you with finding car rentals for you.

The entire this duplex-penthouse will be private for your use.
We have even included a trolley for you to do your grocery conveniently from a nearby large Carrefour hypermarket that offers everything you might need.
Other things to note
75 inch Sony smart TV, Unlimited high speed Wifi on both floors and booster Internet connection, fenced playground dedicated to the tower, and one public park in front of the building, which is visible from the apartment, to keep your kids happy and entertained all the time for free.

Forum Istanbul, iKEA's one of the largest stores, Funlab, and LEGO land also add to it to make this place even more sought after for families with kids or if you are traveling for relaxing next to all possible facilities that a city can offer.

You will have quality time with your family with access to everything. All other locations in Istanbul are conveniently accessible through public transportation near you.
