While showering, ensure the bathroom fan is always on, continue the fan for at least 30 min afterward to ensure humid air is properly vented.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside or on front stairs at any time. Smoking allowed 20 ft. from doors. Do not litter your butts outside.
There are people staying below you. Please refrain from making loud noises, bangs, jumping and keep tv volume at a minimum in their consideration.

This is a middle-floor apartment; when we booked it, it sounded like a house with ample parking. Parking is tight, and you need good backing-up skills because it is a busy road. The place is nice and spacious; it was clean on the surface. I recommend it, but be aware of the parking and the fact that the host rarely responds. Nice location - close to shopping and the bridges.

Beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The place was spotless, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is incredibly convenient—within a 5-minute drive, you can reach either bridge to Halifax, get onto the highway toward the airport, or head to the Alderney Landing ferry terminal. A wonderful place to stay!

Great apartment and location. Our family of three adults and two children enjoyed themselves very much staying here while visiting Dartmouth and Halifax. Dartmouth has some great restaurants of which Casa Di Stefano was our favorite. The apartment is close to the ferry dock for Halifax so you can leave your car at the ferry while visiting Halifax. Unexpected treats were 20 Keurig coffee pods, chips and licorice.
