This apartment occupies the second floor of a heritage house, which means the exterior is preserved, while the interior has been thoughtfully redesigned with a chic, modern feel.
Although it represents just a quarter of the house, the one-bedroom layout feels exceptionally spacious compared to most modern apartments. The large living room, complemented by a private balcony, creates an ideal environment for long stays, remote work, and digital nomads seeking both comfort and character.
