Welcome to "Bills Place" located in the quiet western end of Mullumbimbi St, Brunswick Heads - A perfect location for a peaceful getaway for the whole family or a few couples sharing a beachside escape.
Loads of room in driveway for large vehicles or to bring your boat & jet-ski with boat ramp nearby. Large yard for the kids to play or run around in a safe space with plenty of sun on the back deck to watch them with a coffee or cocktail.
"Bills Place" is your new favourite beach getaway.
Stroll back from the beach to your al fresco chillout space.
Relax or entertain in your large private sun-drenched backyard.
Bask in the all-day sun and enjoy the stunning sunset vistas at night.
The house is perfect for families or a group of friends. We don't have air conditioning but there are fans in the bedrooms and living area.

One of the best things about 'Bruns' is you won't need your car when you get here; everything is within an easy flat walk; fantastic cafes, restaurants and a supermarket (2 minutes), the centre of town and the river (5 minutes) the beautiful Torakina beach and surf (10 minutes).
Brunswick Heads has become a sought-after destination and a great base to explore the gorgeous Byron Bay region.
GUEST ACCESS: You shall have full and private access to the property.
There are a few locked cupboards in the house which are for cleaners and staff use only.
I am contactable at all times with any questions you may have.
Please note this is a "no party, no pets, no events and no smoking" property.

The house is centrally located and is in a quiet lane.
We have lovely neighbours and a great community in Brunswick Heads.
You will love your holiday here because it’s paradise. Once you arrive park the car and walk around town to have your daily hit of coffee. There is the Hotel Brunswick where you can sit in the beer garden and listen to fantastic music, your choice of cafes that serve incredible food.
There are great restaurants open of an evening, and the usual fish and chips, burger joint and pizza restaurants, the New Mexican opens any day.
GETTING AROUND:
Car is best as there is so much to see around this stunning part of the coast.
Even park the car and walk around town to the surf or the river. Or maybe ride a bike.
