The Residence offers four spacious bedrooms, refined interiors, and elevated comfort, perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, or extended stays. The Florence Suite provides two queen beds, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette, embodying moonlit refinement and cozy elegance. Together, these two accommodations create a balanced experience, offering both intimacy and grandeur.

All accommodations are located within the same grounds, just minutes apart, allowing guests to enjoy seclusion while remaining conveniently close to one another. This thoughtful layout makes the Florence Residence ideal for family reunions, milestone celebrations, or group retreats. With space for up to 12 guests, it offers a seamless blend of sophistication, charm, and mountain serenity.

Pet Policy:
We love pets at The Sanctuary on Equestrian! A pet fee of $149 per pet, per stay (excluding local taxes) applies.

Seasonal Amenities:
During the spring, summer, and fall months, guests reserving the entire residence enjoy exclusive access to one of our tennis courts, six basketball courts, and the outdoor swimming pool. When individual units are booked, these amenities are shared with other guests.

The Sanctuary on Equestrian offers multiple accommodations located just minutes apart within the property. Each unit can be booked separately depending on your needs, or you may reserve the Luna Residence, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. Conveniently situated just two hours from New York City and close to major camping sites and ski resorts, it is ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or group retreats seeking both privacy and connection.
