Welcome to Waterford I, a peaceful 50-unit condominium enclave within the award-winning Bonita Bay community. Bonita Bay offers not just a vacation, but a lifestyle you’re sure to fall in love with.

The quiet, tree-lined street through Waterford I gives you that classic Southwest Florida feel, with shady live oaks, palms, and well-kept landscaping all around. It’s a friendly neighborhood where people are often out walking, biking, grilling, or just chatting with neighbors.

The community pool and cabana area are the main gathering spots—perfect for swimming, soaking up the sun, or getting together for casual cocktails and cookouts. It’s an easy place to meet people and make new friends, and the neighborhood has a warm, welcoming feel from the moment you arrive.

The vaulted, open living/dining area features comfortable furnishings, a large TV with cable and Firestick, and a dining table for six. Oversized sliding glass doors lead to a fully screened balcony overlooking one of Bonita Bays pristine fairways and lakes. There you'll find relaxing seating and a dining table - perfect or morning coffee or evening relaxation and just enjoying every minute of your beautiful vantage point.

The kitchen, defined by an eating bar with barstools for four includes full-size appliances, cookware, dinnerware, a stackable washer/dryer, and many kitchen tools and electrical appliances.

Bonita Bay’s three waterfront parks within the community — Estero Bay Park, Riverwalk Park, and Spring Creek Park — offer amenities including:

-Guests staying 30 days or longer may bring or rent a boat. Boat slips are first-come, first-serve and require a reservation form submitted prior to arrival. Boat trailers must be stored off-property.

The newly re-opened Bonita Bay private beach club offers complimentary shuttle to and from the communiity to the beach club where you'll find lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, restaurant, bathrooms, showers - all along our beloved Gulf shoreline!

Please note: This rental does not include golf or social memberships. Bonita Bay Club amenities such as golfing, dining, the Lifestyle Center, Spa, and Salon are not accessible to guests of this rentals.
