Enjoy your stay in our one bedroom deluxe suite on the 32nd floor (Tower 1) overlooking the pool. Located in the heart of Las Vegas just walking distance from New York New York, the Pink Flamingo and Margaritaville. Also right next to Top Golf for some adult or family fun. This suite includes a king bed, queen sized pull out couch, flat screen TV, kitchenette, and a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and jet tub.
NOTE: This unit does NOT have a balcony.

Take advantage of the FREE valet parking, private guest check-in, FREE WiFi, Starbucks on the main floor, workout gym and pool! The pool is 21 and over in Tower 1 and there is a kid friendly pool just a short distance in Tower 2.

Nice location, easy access to th Monorail!

Nice location. While the room overlooks the pool, be advised that the DJ pool is directly below and you'll hear the beat of the music but it ends at 5 PM, so no issues getting a good nights sleep!. Great communication throughout!!

We have stayed at the signature for a full week the last three years and this has been the best we have stayed in! Great communication from the host, easy check in process, and we love being in the closest tower to the conference center. You can see that this property has been well maintained and we have already booked it again to stay for our trip next year!The only thing to note (but it didn’t matter to us either way) is that the fridge is a wine fridge not a regular mini fridge so there is no freezer section.

Pictures Actually Dont Do It Justice

Stayed here for 3 nights with my significant other, pulled up to the gate and was directed to the correct building where the valet helped unload the car and park it for us. Check in was a breeze and when we got to the room we were blown away. The view from the room to the pool area was amazing. The room was spacious and just perfect for our stay.

Mini vacation

Loved the gated valet parking. The place was as pictured. Very nice. Access to the lazy river was great but very busy, bring your own floaty as they are for purchase at 30 a tube. There was a dj playing at one of the pools, very loud, but it was only one day. Great stay!

Great location - lazy river was perfect on two very hot days - the place needs some TLC - the bed has a hump in the middle, makes you feel like your rolling off either side of the bed, the bigger (kitchen) table getting pretty scratched up, the bathroom facet handles leak water pretty bad, the toilet seat was so loose I personally tighten it so it wouldn’t fall off. Just giving honest feedback - but have 5 star for all but one ratings - thank you and we hope to be back renting it again soon!!

Vegas Weekend

Very nice property, though it is starting to show it's age a little. We've stayed at the Signature many times, it never disappoints. The view is of the airport, which I didn't mind. Would stay again.
