From the back deck, you'll enjoy a view of the expanded pool area and one of the community ponds—and from the front, you're less than a quarter of a mile to the beach. The well-manicured neighborhood is designed for guests to explore on foot or by bike, with walkways leading to the private community beach access and cabana, tennis and pickleball courts, an Olympic-sized pool, and nearby shopping and dining at Timbuck II and Monterey Plaza. Whether you're grabbing coffee, catching waves, or enjoying a family meal out, it's all just around the corner.

Inside, this well-appointed home has an airy, cottage feel with an abundance of windows and natural light. The open concept top-level includes a spacious living area, updated kitchen, and multiple dining options—a main dining table, island, bistro table, and additional seating in the ship's watch area. A king ensuite bedroom with private deck access offers a peaceful place to recharge. The second level offers another king suite and private deck, plus three additional rooms well-suited for kids or adults-alike. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
