Inside, you'll find three spacious bedrooms each with a Queen bed and all with built-in wardrobes. The primary suite boasts its own ensuite shower room and opens directly onto the north-facing gardenperfect for a quiet morning coffee or sunset wine.
A fully equipped kitchen with modern Smeg appliances will keep the cooks in the family happy and a heat pump ensures year-round comfort. A Smart TV with Chromecast, board games and books provide plenty of entertainment options.
Outside, the secure garden is a private havensafe for children and pets (1 small dog may be permitted by enquiry), and thoughtfully designed for ease of living. There's plenty of space for outdoor games or simply unwinding with a good book. There is also ample parking for several cars and a small-medium boat.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
