Heritage Stay "A Whole Rental"- Hidden Gem of Iwami Ginzan 世界遺産の町並みの一棟貸しで暮らす
世界遺産の町並みで暮らしたい方へ。 Stay like a local and feel the timeless beauty of rural Japan! A traditional Japanese house with modern comfort — perfect for couples and slow travelers. Located in a peaceful UNESCO World Heritage town. Kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, - ideal for longer stays.
Nestled in the quiet mountain town of Omori, this lovingly restored traditional house whispers stories of the past.
Once home to silver miners and merchants, its wooden beams and Japanese plaster walls still carry the warmth of those who lived here long ago.
Step inside, and you’ll be greeted by the scent of cedar and the gentle play of morning light. Here, the rush of the modern world fades away — replaced by birdsong, the sound of a nearby stream, and the rhythm of village life. Walk to the local bakery for fresh bread at dawn, greet neighbors with a smile, fall asleep under a blanket of stars at night, and live like a local in one of Japan’s most serene heritage towns.
Embraced by the hills of Iwami, Omori Heritage House radiates a timeless beauty that soothes and inspires. It is a true hidden gem, where history, nature, and simplicity come together to create something quietly unforgettable.
The house accommodates up to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1–2 children, and includes a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine — perfect for those who wish to stay a little longer, to breathe a little deeper, and to let time slow down.

Hello! After years of working abroad in international cooperation, I wanted to find a place in Japan where warmth, community, and history coexist naturally. That search led me to Omori in the Iwami Ginzan area—a town where time flows gently and people still live in harmony with their surroundings. Through this home, I hope guests can feel the quiet charm and kindness that make this village so special. Best regards, Yoko
