The Suite
The open-concept layout feels bright and expansive from the moment you walk in. Contemporary finishes, hardwood floors, and modern furnishings set the tone. The king bed is dressed with premium linens for a proper night’s rest. The living area features a sofa bed — the suite comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has everything you need: stainless appliances, cookware, a coffee maker, toaster, and dining for 4. A dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi makes it just as functional for remote work as it is for a weekend getaway. Two Smart TVs with Netflix, in-unit washer and dryer, and snacks, coffee, tea, and bottled water waiting on arrival.

First off, the room was nice. Big living room and the bedroom was huge. There was a Publix and Walgreens within walking distance and it was close to downtown which was a huge plus. Here is why I only gave 3 stars. The description of the place said there was a coffee maker and an iron and ironing board. Neither of those were available. There was also no paper towels or napkins available. But there was plenty of K-cups in the cabinet. I had issues using the key fob to get into the building but I never got a response from the host when I contacted them. Luckily I was able to go to the office and they reprogrammed the fob for me. All in all, I do like that they provided instructions with photos on how to get through the gate for parking and into the building. I also liked the room and the location. And it's ok if you don't want to provide the things that were missing but the description of the unit should be updated so people will know those things are not provided and they can make adjustments.

Host was quite responsive, although I had to ask a few times on the day of arrival for the check-in instructions. Would rate the unit as 3 to 3.5 stars, not "luxury" due to location - although very convenient to some good restaurants and the Fox Theater, it's off an alley w/dumpsters on the backside of a Walgreens & Publix grocery store. Amenities could be elevated - for example, furniture quality was OK, not high end, there were no small face towels or tissue boxes, only had 1 bath towel, some plastic home decor. If you plan on cooking, it seemed well stocked w/cooking utensils and pots/pans, but the only condiment item provided was a bottle of oil. The salt/pepper grinders were empty, never used. Note that the unit is on the 2nd floor of a complex of apartment buildings - with a view of the courtyard and of the building across the way - so we didn't keep our blinds open. Noticeably lack of any wall decor in the BR, very small TV in BR. If sensitive to light at bedtime, bring an eye mask since the blinds don't fully block the courtyard lighting. Small balcony had no furniture and the outdoor pool was closed - no big deal since it was winter time.Positives: comfy king bed, clean unit, refillable body wash, shampoo, conditioner dispenser in the shower/tub, large walk-in closet w/bathrobes & iron/board provided, full size washer/dryer w/detergent. Had a Keurig coffee maker (not drip) w/flavored pods. Gym on 8th floor had good equipment. Reasonable rates for our stay.
