Located in a charming neighborhood just a short walk from the shimmering shores of Big Bear Lake, this home offers open-concept living with stunning lake views—whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or preparing dinner in the chef-inspired kitchen. This cozy mountain retreat is perfect for families or couples seeking Big Bear style and serenity.
LIVING SPACE – Spacious 1,300+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating—all bathed in natural light from large windows showcasing the serene surroundings.
ROOMS & BEDS – 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace, and deck access. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN – Full chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ample cabinetry, and a view of the lake—perfect for cooking and entertaining.
AMENITIES – Smart TVs and fast WiFi, board games and card games for cozy nights in. Relax near the warm glow of the fireplace and enjoy the peaceful mountain interiors.
OUTDOORS – Expansive deck ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation overlooking tranquil mountain air. The property features a private hot tub—perfect for unwinding under the stars. Guests will also enjoy a fully fenced yard, great for kids and pets to play safely, plus a backyard horseshoe pit for a little friendly competition.
PARKING – Parking for 3 vehicles, please note: The garage is not accessible to guests.
