The Space:

Kareelah is a much-loved, classic South Coast beach house designed for relaxed family holidays, shared meals and long days by the sea.



Set in an elevated position with beautiful ocean views, the home sleeps up to 12 guests across six bedrooms, making it a great choice for extended families, groups of friends or two families holidaying together.



The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area provides plenty of room to gather, while the light-filled dining room is ideal for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to leisurely holiday dinners.

Upstairs, a second living area opens onto the deck, where sweeping coastal views create the perfect spot for your morning coffee, afternoon drinks or simply watching the changing colours over the ocean.



For easy holiday cooking, guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen, plus a four-burner hooded BBQ with wok burner and a Weber charcoal BBQ.

Kareelah is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome too. Please note that the property is not fenced.

The Neighborhood:

Guerilla Bay is one of the Eurobodalla Coast's beautiful little pockets — peaceful, naturally scenic and ideal for guests wanting to escape the busier holiday areas.



From Kareelah, the beach is approximately a five-minute walk away, making it easy to wander down for an early swim, spend the day beside the water or head back down for an afternoon snorkel.



The bay is particularly known for its clear water, rocky reefs and marine life and forms part of the Batemans Bay Snorkelling Trail. The sheltered southern side of the bay provides snorkelling opportunities, while the more exposed northern section is suited to experienced snorkellers in appropriate conditions.



Spend your holiday swimming, snorkelling, exploring the coastline, walking through the surrounding bushland or simply slowing down and enjoying the peaceful coastal setting.



Getting Around:

The beach and surrounding Guerilla Bay area are easy to explore on foot from the property.

A car is recommended for visiting surrounding beaches, coastal villages, shops, cafés and the wider Batemans Bay and Eurobodalla region.



There is parking available at the property.

BYO LINEN: Guests must bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and towels for their stay.



Kareelah is a traditional, much-loved beach house with a relaxed coastal feel rather than a modern luxury property.



Pets are welcome; however, the property is not fenced, so guests must supervise their pets at all times.

The home accommodates up to 12 guests and has two bathrooms.



A three-night minimum stay applies during peak periods.
