One More Run Retreat at Fall Line: 2BR/2BA

Step into this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at the Fall Line Condominium Complex in Killington, Vermont. Spread across two levels, this comfortable retreat gives you plenty of space to relax during your mountain getaway. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and its own full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and its own TV. An in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience throughout your stay. After a day on the slopes or exploring the area, unwind in the living room beside the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the large 55" smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and we've stocked essential spices and basics to help you settle in. Fall Line offers excellent amenities just steps away, including a heated saltwater indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and a small gym. A free weekend and holiday shuttle brings you directly to Killington Resort, and you can ski back to the complex via the ski-home trail. You'll also be close to great dining, shops, and nightlife. • We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and check out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. Please let us know in advance.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping, including balconies and decks. You may only smoke outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Community Center at our condo features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and small fitness area. It is closed from mid-April to July 1 and the Monday after Columbus Day to the weekend before Thanksgiving annually for maintenance. Hours are 8am to 10pm. There is an EV charger available outside the Community Center as well.
• The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to Easter on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals!
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

The Fall Line condominiums are located in the Killington Ski Village area and a short distance to the slopes (1/3 mile to Snowshed). Most of the condos have mountain views. During the ski season, there is a free shuttle on Saturdays, Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. There is also a ski home trail open mid-winter (conditions permitting). The Fall Line community center features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and small gym as well as an EV charger.
